The firm also represents lenders and borrowers in commercial loan defaults and foreclosures.
For contractors and subcontractors, the firm defends property damage and subrogation claims brought by insurers and other third parties. The firm also handles construction lien disputes and claims under property insurance policies.
Real Property Litigation
The firm represents property owners and others in disputes over the use and development of land, including easement, access, drainage, and riparian rights disputes and disputes over seawalls and other waterfront improvements. The firm also represents co-owners of real property and beneficiaries of land trusts in disputes over the management and disposition of the property.
